Private Dinner in the Reindeer Farm
Surprise your loved one with an unusual Lappish style rustic dinner experience in the ancestral reindeer farm. The owners family has been living and reindeer herding in the same location for over 500 years. Everything you see is built by their own hands with great love and care towards their traditional heritage. The venue is about a 15 minute drive from Rovaniemi city centre, you can admire beautiful rural landscapes on the way. Your dinner is served at the peat-roofed old cottage with a large open fireplace in the middle of the space. This authentic setting is inspiring for a special occasion or a date night for those who appreciate traditions and bucolic lifestyle.
3-course traditional menu includes creamy cold smoked reindeer soup, grilled salmon filled with potato mousse and homemade berry panna cotta. Lappish flat bread, butter, table water and coffee are served together with the meal. Ask more about the same program for a small group!

Combine the special dinner with a romantic reindeer sleigh ride! The tour will take you through a beautiful snowy forest, you can cuddle up under a warm blanket and enjoy the incredible silence. The pace of the ride is calm, the distance of the ride is 2,5 km. You might also spot other animals or their tracks in the snow. After riding in the forest, we will warm up in the farm and you will hear fascinating stories about reindeer herding traditions. The tour can be booked as part of the larger group or as a private experience.
