Special Dinner - Evening of Magical Sensations

This marriage proposal will take place in the spectacular private venue described as a “palace of sensations”. The spirit of this unique place combines the peacefulness of the wilderness, playfulness and the joy of giving leading you to an unforgettable experience, even for those who thought they have already seen it all! The beautiful venue has a clear water pond in the middle of the dining hall and many other special features to be discovered during the evening.

This private restaurant is located in the log building, especially built in the shape of the biggest golden nugget ever found in Lapland. The unique multisensory experience for dinner is bringing nature within arm’s reach, even though you are indoors. Menu include Lappish delicacies created using premium ingredients, favouring tasty local and organic production. As the highlight of the dining you will pop on the knee and ask the most important question of the night.

EXAMPLE MENU

• Crayfish soup, ginger-apple salad and watercress oil

• Overnight cooked neck of the reindeer, roasted tenderloin of reindeer, tarragon potato pure, vegetables and broth sauce seasoned with Finnish brandy

• Lingonberry-meringue tartlet, lingonberries seasoned with vanilla and caramel ice cream

Dinner is served with crispy rye bread, focaccia bread and tar butter. Selection of drinks is served together with the dinner.
